Gave an estimate for full system replacement but the price to beat was $7500 and was not realistic
-Add new 2 inch pvc standpipe above ground -Run new pipe along concrete wall, strapping to wall, then eventually have pipe 90 toward exposed sewer line -Run machine to ensure function and check for leaks
Customer has home warranty (republic) and declined static upgrades at this time
Went for a maintenance call today. Tested for static pressure, system is failing for static when in cool. Did inspect coil and found a lot of rust. Did show customer and is aware of situation. Blower passes for amperage on furnace. Did clean condenser unit. Checked for amperage is passing for compressor, but running close to max on the fan. Capacitor is failing on system. Refrigerant levels are passing. As well for temp split on system. System is up and running before leaving. Thank you for choosing LBA services-Johann
Examine summary of what needs to be done at his house he’s deciding whether or not he wants to go to an aero seal or just a basic system. Gave customer finance options.
Installed new transformer. Once transformer was installed system was operating. The blower motor failed to turn on. After checking all voltage and wire connections to the blower motor. It was discovered that the blower motor is faulty after the surge. Order blower motor and will call to schedule replacement once motor is received.
